LINDEN HONEY

Linden honey is considered one of the most valuable honeys. It is famous for its unusual and intense aroma of blossoming linden, which is hard not to recognize, as well as its rich, pleasant taste.

Linden honey is a valuable source of vitamins, macro and microelements. This liquid gold contains vitamins A, C, E, K, PP and B vitamins, carotene, amino acids, organic acids, minerals, and essential oils. And linden honey has the best healing properties for colds and inflammatory diseases, as it has an increased composition of useful enzymes - diastase, peroxidase, catalase, intvertase, lipase, which has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effects, and also boosts immunity.
Fresh linden honey is very fragrant and transparent. It is golden in color with green reflections.  
Linden is a pure honey plant, popularly called the "honey tree", and is recognized as the "queen of honey plants". On average, bees produce more than 15 kg of honey from one linden tree. Linden honey has the highest concentration of glucose of 36% and fructose of more than 38%.
